Online Banking is a great, FREE tool for you to:

If you are not a current user of Online Banking, signing up is quick and easy!

  • Submit your information through our website by Enrolling Here
  • For your security, once enrollment is completed, NBC will mail you a verification letter to confirm your identity
  • Once you review and confirm your enrollment you can sign the letter and return it to NBC
  • Within 24 hours of receiving signed letter you’ll have access to Online Banking!

E-Statements

Clear up your clutter and go green with E-statements from National Bank of Coxsackie!

E-statements are electronic copies of your banking statements that are sent directly to your e-mail address! They are quick and easy ways to review your account activity without having to wait for your normal statement to arrive in the mail. E-statements look the same as your paper statements, only they are available to you electronically!

Once you sign up for Online Banking, enrolling your accounts in E-statements is simple!

  1. Log into your Online Banking Account
  2. Select the Account you wish to enroll
  3. On the right hand side, select “Statement” and enroll from there!

Bill Pay

Pay anyone, anywhere, anytime with Bill Pay from National Bank of Coxsackie!

Bill Pay is an electronic bill paying service and comes FREE with Online Banking! Once you log in you simply select the “Bills & Payments” tab and you’re ready to get started!

With Bill Pay from NBC, you get:

  • Alerts about your e-Bills, bill payments, and overdue payment reminders
  • Pending payments with totals
  • Quick bill setup
  • Optional same day or overnight delivery1

But, the best part of Bill Pay from NBC is that normal bill payments are FREE OF CHARGE!!!

Popmoney

Send and receive money with just about anybody through your Online Banking or Mobile Device!

Popmoney1 is an additional service that National Bank of Coxsackie offers its users! Send money from person to person within Bill Pay through our Online Banking, or by downloading the Popmoney App. What’s great is that the person you are popping money to doesn’t even need to bank at the same financial institution as you – all you need is their email address or mobile number!

Notify Me Alerts

Always know what’s going on with your Bank Accounts by signing up for Notify Me Alerts through Online Banking! Notify Me Alerts can be delivered to your e-mail address or sent to your phone as a text message1.

You can elect to be notified whenever any of the following activities occur:

  • Account Balance reaches a certain dollar amount
  • Account being overdrawn
  • Checks that have cleared
  • Deposits that are made
  • Transactions that post to your account
  • E-statement becomes available

Services & Settings

There is a ton of features you can take advantage of through Online Banking in your “All Services & Settings” tab under the Welcome button! See below for a quick summary!

Manage Account - Add a new account to online banking, change any of your contact information (including your mailing address!) or sign up for E-statements here!

User Preferences - This is where you can adjust your Online Banking experience to best suit your personal needs!

Other Services Requests - Another great spot to save yourself a phone call or stop into a branch! Under here you can submit a stop payment, request documents, and even reorder your checks!

Security Settings - This allows you to update your password, change your security verification questions, or adjust your security code delivery preference.

Contact Us - This has NBC’s general contact information but also allows you to send a secure message through Online Banking directly to our Data Processing department!
